Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at veriumbuisness@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
