Our products are made to order. Processing begins after your order is placed.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at veriumbuisness@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, tracking updates and final delivery timing are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows a problem, contact us and we will help however we reasonably can.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
